We offer a full 1% of the loan amount back at closing towards closing costs or to use to buy down the rate throough our Chalkboard Advantage Program. It is our way to give back to those who work in Education at any level from service to administration. My own kids went to and graduated from the RRISD. I am local and work with local realtors who will give back in addition to our donation. I am also available most evenings and weekends to help or just answer questions.
